Geoff Clark
Geoff is the Managing Partner of Whistler Capital, Chairman of the Investment Committee, and Member of the Valuation Committee. Prior to the formation of Whistler Capital, Geoff was the Senior Managing Director and Manager of Starr Investment Holdings (“SIH”) focused on growth equity and buyout investments in healthcare and business services companies. During his time at SIH, Geoff served as Chairman of the SIH Investment Committee and led over $3.5 billion of equity capital investment. In addition, he served as member of the SIH Valuation Committee. Prior to SIH, Geoff was a Partner & Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Geoff is currently a Director on the Boards of Radiology Partners, Heart + Paw, AmeriPro Health, and GXP-Storage. Geoff has served as a Director of MultiPlan, ACA Group, CHG Healthcare, ConvenientMD, NYDIG, At Home Group, and C.V. Starr & Co.
Geoff holds a B. Comm in Finance from the University of British Columbia, and graduated as a Leslie Wong Fellow from the Portfolio Management Foundation. Geoff is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, and a Nashville Healthcare Council Fellow.
