Henry Yan
Henry is a Principal at Whistler Capital Partners and leads the firm’s Capital Solutions function, focused on capital formation and partnering. Before joining Whistler Capital Partners, Henry was a Director at CBC Group, Asia’s largest healthcare-dedicated private equity firm, where he was responsible for fundraising, investor relations and co-investments. Prior to that, he worked at Campbell Lutyens and Probitas Partners, where he focused on project management and fundraising for clients across infrastructure, private credit, private equity, and venture capital GP clients. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate at MHR Fund Management.
Henry holds a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College. Henry is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
